The use of this online store implies the full acceptance of the following terms.

Kapatrading, the company that owns this website, also owns all its copyrights and does not grant, sell or rent them. It is also prohibited to copy the content in its entirety or partially for commercial or other use without the prior permission of the owner company (through the legal representative).

Kapatrading follows and applies the principles of personal data protection exactly as laid down in European and international law (Presidential Decree No. 131/2003. Adaptation to Directive 2000/31 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic commerce, in internal market). It also explicitly applies law 2472/1997 for the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data.
So hereby expressly commits that it does not provide, sell, rent, disclose, exchange or exploit your personal data in any way and uses it only for the shipment of your goods or for your information upon your request.

Kapatrading company presents its products for sale with photos.
The photos have been checked by the store managers but nevertheless there may be display errors.
For this reason the store is committed in case the product does not meet your expectations to replace it immediately or return the price you paid for it only. The product must be returned within fifteen days of purchase without further clarifications, as long as it is in its original condition, unused (apart from the test), contains all the accessories of its original packaging and at the expense of the sender.

Products' prices include 24% VAT and may change at any time, without prior notice. In no circumstance will they change after the purchase has been made. Even if adjustments to the products' prices are applied after you made your purchase, you will still receive them at the price that was valid at the moment of your order.

The company reserves the right to change these terms whenever deemed necessary.
